Rockwall Monitor, Summer/Fall 2026

The rockwall monitor is primarily responsible for ensuring patron safety at the csb rockwall through proactive safety measures and fostering a positive environment. Essential duties include opening and closing the facility, actively monitoring participants, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents.

Applicants must be currently enrolled university of delaware undergraduate students with experience in rockwall or climbing programs. Required attributes include demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, a positive attitude, flexibility, dependability, and commitment to teamwork.
