UDiscover Summer Program Coach, Summer 2026

Coaches will live on campus to support high school students in all aspects of the two-Week program, including goal accomplishment, learning strategies, assignment completion, and navigating new challenges related to campus living. Primary duties involve attending activities, supporting job shadows, planning social events, leading meetings, and mediating student conflicts.

Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students at the university of delaware and available for the entire two-Week program in july, plus required training in june. Desired qualifications include experience working with people with disabilities, and all candidates must pass a background check and complete protection of minors training.
