First Generation Programs Support Intern, Fall 2026

The intern will assist the program coordinator in developing and executing educational and programmatic initiatives focused on the experiences of first-Generation college students. Key duties include supporting program development, serving as a liaison and mentor, and engaging in assessment and research efforts.

Applicants must be qualified federal work-Study students and enrolled undergraduate students at the university of delaware, requiring evening availability at least twice a week. Essential qualifications include the ability to work with first-Generation students, experience with underrepresented students, proficiency in google applications, microsoft office suite, and canva, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
