Core responsibilities
The behavior management monitor will collaborate with a team to deliver trauma-Informed care to youth with challenging behaviors and implement home and community-Based interventions to empower caregivers. This role also involves partnering with behavioral therapists to coach and model interventions based on positive behavioral perspectives.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as social work, psychology, aba, or education. A minimum of one year of experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, data tracking, and implementing behavioral interventions is required, along with maintaining a valid driver's license for youth transportation.
