Early Learning Specialist

The specialist will manage a small caseload, conducting twice-Weekly 30-Minute home visits to model interactive early learning activities, deliver age-Appropriate materials, and coach parents on fostering child development for school success. Responsibilities also include completing necessary documentation, making referrals to community services, and participating in outreach events to promote the parentchild+ program.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have daily access to an insured vehicle for travel within the service area. Preferred qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree in education or early childhood development, prior experience in home visiting or early education, and strong interpersonal skills for building trust with diverse families.
