Master's Level Clinician/Therapist

The clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of five to eight residents within a residential program setting. This role is integral to the treatment team, responsible for developing interdisciplinary treatment plans and managing all necessary case documentation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field, with clinical licensure preferred but the ability to sit for licensure required. A minimum of two years of experience in therapy and assessment with adolescents, preferably in a residential or inpatient setting, is necessary.
