Residential Counselor

Residential counselors must provide humane treatment, ensure dignity for all individuals, and implement all interventions safely and respectfully according to established protocols. Responsibilities also include assisting students with the daily program schedule, including meals, recreation, housekeeping, chores, and activities of daily living (Adls).

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree in human services or related fields preferred. Candidates must also pass various background checks, obtain necessary certifications (Bcc, cpr/First aid), and possess a valid driver's license.
