Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or ged, and be fluent in spanish. Essential requirements include the ability to pass a background check, obtain necessary certifications (Cpr/First aid/Tb test), and demonstrate the physical capacity to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
