Requirements summary

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years or older. Successful applicants must also be able to pass background checks, obtain necessary certifications (Cpr, first aid, tb test), and physically manage lifting up to 50 pounds and various body movements, with registered behavior technician certification required within 45 days of onboarding.
