Per Diem Employee

The per diem simulation staff member will support healthcare students by facilitating high-Fidelity simulations, standardized patient encounters, or virtual simulation experiences to enhance clinical reasoning and communication skills. This role requires collaboration with faculty to deliver realistic, evidence-Based scenarios aligned with course objectives.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a master's degree in nursing and at least two years of clinical nursing experience, with a doctoral degree being preferred. Familiarity with simulation technologies and debriefing techniques, along with strong communication and organizational skills, are also required.
