Lower School Lead Homeroom Teacher (2026-2027)

The teacher will be responsible for creating an inclusive classroom culture, designing and delivering engaging, differentiated instruction based on best practices, and continuously monitoring student progress to adjust teaching methods. They must also collaborate with colleagues, mentor an associate teacher, and build positive relationships with families.

The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with strong teaching skills and a deep commitment to children, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for young learners and child development. They must be reflective, growth-Oriented, responsive, inclusive, collaborative, and possess clear communication skills while actively contributing to the school community.
