The Clinician is responsible for implementing and facilitating the clinical components of the YAP St. Louis program, which includes leading up to two group psychotherapy sessions weekly using the SPARCS curriculum. They may also provide individual and family psychotherapy as needed, ensuring all services comply with regulations and fidelity to the SPARCS model.
A Master's degree in a Human Services field is required, and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent-Level Social Worker is preferred, though temporary licensure is acceptable with supervision. Candidates must have experience working with at-risk youth and families, group facilitation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
The St. Louis Program in partnership with the Office of Violence Prevention has a Clinician position available is responsible for implementing and facilitating the clinical components.
