Behavior technician

The technician performs duties as an assistant teacher or 1

1 staff, implementing student support plans, training other staff, and leading residential morning routines in cooperation with overnight supervisors. Responsibilities also include monitoring and recording student behavior data, providing necessary behavior intervention across various settings, and completing timely daily paperwork.

Candidates should preferably have an associate's degree in a related field along with a minimum of one year of experience working with the autistic population and behavior intervention. Required qualifications include valid driver's license, passing a cori background check, and obtaining safety care, cpr, and first aid certifications (Training may be provided).
