Teacher assistant

The assistant implements lessons according to individual education programs in various settings, supervises students at job sites, and provides job-Coaching services as needed. They also participate in developing curriculum content and behavior intervention strategies while collecting and recording student performance data.

Candidates should ideally possess an associate's degree or specialized training/Experience working with autistic individuals, along with preferred prior experience as a para-Professional or teacher's aide. A valid driver's license is required, and successful candidates must pass rigorous background checks, including fingerprint screening.
