DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Full-Time and Part-Time

Responsibilities include assisting students with life skills, community trips, personal health care, social, and recreational activities, while also supporting healthy meal preparation and maintaining safe, clean properties. Staff must remain awake and alert at all times, document incidents, communicate effectively, and coordinate support with all school staff members.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred, especially in fields like special education or psychology, and must have prior experience caring for children in a residential setting, with autism experience being preferred. Required certifications include safety care, cpr, and first aid (Training provided), along with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass rigorous background checks.
