Core responsibilities
Program aides provide educational, relational, and social experiences for young children to foster growth across all developmental domains, while reporting to the education and inclusion manager or center director. They assist classroom staff, provide custodial and kitchen support as needed, and ensure the safety and security of children and families.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a minimum high school diploma or ged, and must obtain pediatric first aid and cpr certification within 90 days. Demonstrated ability to relate sensitively to children, work well with staff and families, follow instructions, and maintain strict confidentiality are required.
