Responsibilities also include regularly communicating with parents, both in person and via technology, to meet or exceed their expectations.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old, possessing either 2500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility or 15 relevant college credits plus 1250 hours of documented experience. Applicants must also be pursuing or willing to pursue a cda or a relevant degree.
