Staff Development Coordinator, RN

The primary function is to orient and educate all nursing personnel to ensure safe and effective nursing care according to federal, state, and facility guidelines. This includes developing education programs based on staff needs and supervising new employees during their orientation period.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current rn license, and preferably possess a minimum of three years of clinical experience. Experience in long-Term care nursing with one year as an educator, along with excellence in clinical nursing skills, is required.
