Youth Leading the Way

Youth participants will be responsible for engaging in skill-Building workshops and developing community initiatives and workshops under the direction of the director and lead coordinator. Key duties include giving presentations, leading youth-Police dialogues and roundtables, and participating in intergenerational activities.

Candidates must be boston residents enrolled in high school, aged 14-18, and passionate about community change and public service. While an interest in law enforcement is not mandatory, comfort working in a law enforcement environment is required, and summer participants must attend the teen police academy.
