Lifeguard and/or Swim Instructor , Osceola County YMCA Family Center

Team members must maintain constant surveillance of the pool area using scanning techniques to ensure member safety and respond immediately to emergencies according to established procedures. They are also responsible for providing excellent customer service, developing relationships with members, and promoting aquatic programs.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and possess current cpr/Aed, first aid, and oxygen administration certifications by the hire date, with lifeguard or swim instructor certification required. Previous experience is a plus, and candidates must be willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
