Safe Start Instructor, Osceola YMCA Family Center

The instructor provides direct leadership, motivation, and instruction for the safe start survival swim skills program for children aged six months to four years old, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed. Responsibilities include teaching specific survival swimming techniques, maintaining participant records, and communicating progress effectively with parents.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, though an aa/As/Bs degree in related fields is a plus. Required certifications include current cpr/Aed and first aid, along with current isr instructor certification or the ability to complete the required training.
