CAVA - School Psychologist - Eligibility Pool

The school psychologist acts as a consultant to the school community regarding learning and behavior issues, recommending remediation for exceptional children through techniques like conferencing, observation, psycho-Educational assessments, and counseling. Essential duties include consulting on learning strategies, developing behavior management plans, conducting psycho-Educational assessments according to mandates, and presenting comprehensive reports at iep team meetings.

Candidates must reside in california and hold a master's degree along with a valid california pupil personnel services credential in school psychology. Required competencies include strong communication, organization, time-Management skills, and proficiency in microsoft office suite, alongside previous experience as a school psychologist.
