Volleyball coach

The sports coach is responsible for the development, organization, and implementation of high-Quality sports and recreational programs for youth, teens, and adults, while fostering a cause-Centered culture. Essential functions include implementing and supervising culturally relevant activities, planning structured growth activities, developing sports-Based curriculum, and motivating participants, staff, and volunteers.

Candidates must be a minimum of 15 years old and possess at least one year of sports-Related experience, with coaching or officiating experience preferred. Required certifications include cpr/First aid/Aed within 30 days of employment, alongside strong communication and sound decision-Making skills.
