Swim lesson instructor (Group+private)

The instructor is responsible for the direct leadership, proper instruction, and motivation of students in swimming classes, focusing on increasing skill and safety in and around water. This includes preparing and instructing lessons according to ymca guidelines and building authentic relationships with students and parents.

Candidates must be a minimum of 15 years old and possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to diverse community segments. Required certifications include ymca swim instructor and cpr for the professional rescuer, both needed within six months of employment.
