Bilingual Direct Support Professional - DSP

Direct support professionals will work directly with individuals aged 3-21 with special needs, implementing behavior plans developed by the clinical supervisor. Responsibilities also include teaching, role-Modeling, implementing treatment strategies, and collecting daily data.

Candidates must be at least 18 or 19 years old depending on the program and must be fluent in both english and spanish. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with passing necessary clearances and possessing valid car insurance.
