Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities include implementing behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), collecting data to monitor treatment effectiveness, and supporting the bcba in training families on plan implementation. Technicians must also maintain clear communication with all parties and physically keep up with active young clients.

Candidates must possess current/Active rbt certification and access to reliable transportation, along with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred but not mandatory.
