Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team. Prior experience with children, behavioral challenges, or autism spectrum disorder is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
