Registered Dietitian Nutritionist- Fee for service

The registered dietitian nutritionist provides nutrition assessment, intervention, education, and counseling to match patient diets with their health status to support optimal physical health. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing service plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and teaching nutrition classes.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree with accredited coursework in nutrition and dietetics, and must be registered as a dietitian nutritionist in the state of connecticut. Four years of related experience and diabetes or pediatric certification are preferred, along with excellent communication and cultural competency skills.
