Direct Support - Hillcrest

Staff are responsible for the safety and security of assigned youth by providing direct supervision and ensuring therapeutic interventions are delivered in a compassionate and safe environment. This includes engaging positively with youth, teaching appropriate behaviors, and assisting with activities of daily living skills while completing necessary documentation.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school diploma or ged; a bachelor's degree in a related field and previous experience with youth with behavioral disorders or autism are preferred. Applicants must also be maps certified or obtain certification within six months of employment and attend a mandatory 2-Week paid orientation.
