Employment Specialist/Job Coach

The employment specialist/Job coach provides support to adults with intellectual/Developmental disabilities in securing and maintaining competitive employment. This includes job training, coaching, and developing accommodations to ensure successful job performance.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience working with young adults with disabilities. A valid driver's license and background screening are required.
