Sr. Instructional Designer

This role involves shaping high-Quality, adult learning-Focused online courses by collaborating with various specialists and leading quality assurance efforts. The senior instructional designer will also mentor junior staff and guide course production projects from initial concept through final deployment.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant field and have 5 to 10 years of experience in instructional design or course development. Essential qualifications include expertise in adult learning principles, proficiency with id software and lms platforms like canvas, and strong project management and communication abilities.
