Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician i implements direct behavior analytic services, under the supervision of a bcba or bcaba, focusing on implementing individualized care plans and behavioral intervention programs for children and young adults. This role also involves providing training and guidance to the client's team and staff while utilizing problem-Solving skills to assess client and staff training needs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old, requiring successful completion of a criminal background check. Preferred qualifications include completing the 40-Hour rbt training and certification within four months, along with proficiency in technology and strong organizational and communication skills.
