Occupational Therapist-Evaluator

The primary duties involve performing evaluations for infants and toddlers referred to early intervention and cpse programs using agency-Provided, doh-Approved testing tools. This includes submitting required written reports and documentation within county deadlines while collaborating with other evaluators.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in occupational therapy and hold a current new york state license in occupational therapy. Essential qualifications also include excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills necessary for team collaboration.
