Behavior Technician (Paid Training)

Behavior technicians will provide one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism in their homes, strictly following individualized treatment plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Key duties include collecting session data, documenting progress, and maintaining consistent communication with supervisors and caregivers.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be comfortable working in home-Based settings, requiring local travel to client homes. Experience working with children in fields like teaching, childcare, or healthcare is preferred, and while an rbt credential is not required, training is provided.
