Residential Specialist I - Afternoon and Midnight Shift

The residential specialist i will supervise and assist clients with daily programs and activities while ensuring a safe living environment. They will also document service delivery and communicate effectively with co-Workers and supervisors.

Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or ged, with a preference for an associate degree in a related field. They should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage proactively with youth.
