Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic. Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with children, especially those with behavioral challenges or developmental delays, and reliable personal transportation.
