Swim Instructor - Rollingwood

The instructor provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation to students in swimming classes according to ymca guidelines, preparing necessary lesson plans. Responsibilities also include developing positive relationships with participants, conveying program information, maintaining required records, and adhering to all ymca policies and safety procedures.

Candidates must possess current cpr for the professional rescuer, aed, and basic first aid certifications, along with a ymca swim instructor certification or equivalent. Applicants must also be at least 15 years of age and demonstrate proficiency in swim instructor skills per ymca standards.
