Toddler Lead Teacher

As a lead teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering developmentally appropriate, play-Based curricula that support children's growth across all domains. You will work collaboratively with families and a team to co-Create meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs, guided by constructivist theory.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education, although a bachelor degree is preferred. Strong skills in communication and classroom management are essential, along with a passion for promoting equity, inclusion, and building strong family partnerships.
