Associate Counselor

The associate counselor provides direct counseling and assessment services to usc faculty and staff under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. This role also involves supporting comprehensive employee assistance services, including treatment planning, documentation, and participation in psychoeducational programming.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant mental health field and be eligible for associate-Level licensure in california. A minimum of one year of supervised clinical experience working with adult populations is required, with experience in higher education or eap settings being preferred.
