Job Coach

The job coach assists individuals in maintaining paid employment in integrated business settings by developing workplace supports and providing ongoing training in work ethics, conduct, and performance. This role also involves supporting members in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment and potentially transporting them to work sites.

Minimum qualifications include passing a background and drug screen test, possessing a valid driver's license, and having a high school diploma. Preferred qualifications include current cpr/First aid certification and current medication administration certification.
