Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to clients in center-Based or home-Based settings, teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills to children with autism. Responsibilities also include collecting data to monitor progress and providing regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals.

The role seeks driven individuals passionate about working with children and making a difference, with no direct experience necessary as comprehensive onboarding and training are provided. Candidates must adhere to all policies, maintain safety practices, and communicate clearly with clients, families, and colleagues.
