Day Camp Specialist- Sussex Millsboro Camp

The specialist must supervise children and all assigned activities while maintaining safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate childcare practices. This includes providing daily care, encouraging engagement in activities, implementing positive behavior management, and ensuring facility cleanliness.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, demonstrate maturity, good judgment, and creativity, and possess previous camp or group childcare experience. Successful completion of required background checks mandated by the state of delaware is also mandatory.
