Core responsibilities

This role also serves as a subject matter expert, supporting the maintenance of the master training environment and ensuring training aligns with organizational workflows and best practices.
Requirements summary
Candidates require a bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 3-5 years, or a high school diploma with 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, it, or training, with computer knowledge. At least one application-Specific epic certification relevant to the department is required within 120 days of hire.
