The swim instructor reports to the aquatics manager or business owner(S) and is responsible for teaching swim lessons to children and adults following the established british swim school program standards. This involves working a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends while maintaining required certifications.

Candidates must be able to work specific weekday evenings (3pm-7pm) and weekend mornings (8:30am-1pm) and possess 1-2 years of swimming experience, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. An enthusiastic personality and comfort in and around water are essential, with required training to be completed post-Hire.
