Swim Instructor at LA Fitness Andorra

The swim instructor reports to the aquatics manager or business owner(S) and is responsible for teaching swim lessons to children and adults following the established british swim school program standards. Responsibilities include working a flexible schedule that may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays while being in the water during shifts.

Candidates must be able to work specific weekday evenings (3pm-7pm) and weekend mornings (8:30am-1pm) and possess 1-2 years of swimming experience, along with an enthusiastic personality and comfort in and around water. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and all necessary certifications must be maintained throughout employment.
