Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering developmentally appropriate, play-Based curricula that support children's growth across all intellectual, social-Emotional, physical, and language domains. This involves guiding learning based on constructivist theory and child-Led play while collaborating closely with families and the team.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education, though a bachelor degree is preferred. Strong skills in communication and classroom management are essential, alongside a passion for fostering equity, inclusion, and robust family partnerships.
