Program Leader - Scholarship prep South Bay

Program leaders greet students, organize and lead various activities including homework help, recreation, arts, and educational projects, while also creating unique student clubs. They must maintain a secure environment by monitoring behavior, managing group dynamics, and overseeing student safety during after-School activities.

Candidates need at least one year of experience in after-School programs or youth recreation, particularly in diverse communities, and must be comfortable communicating with both children and parents. Applicants must also meet educational requirements of 48+ college units or pass a proficiency exam, and complete a tb test and live scan background check.
