Behavior Technician

Responsibilities include participating in and completing the 40-Hour rbt training program to develop skills in behavior analysis, shadowing staff, collecting electronic data, and engaging clients in therapeutic activities. Candidates must have a passion for working with children with special needs and possess a high school diploma or ged, with further education in related fields being a plus. Essential requirements include willingness to complete rbt training and certification, ability to pass a background check, and physical capability to perform required tasks.
