Registered Behavior Technician RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities include collaborating with the clinical team, implementing therapy plans designed by a bcba, and communicating effectively with team members and families.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance for in-Home services. New hires must be able to complete paid rbt training and pass the rbt exam within 45 days, or attend required paid training programs.
