Registered Behavior Technician RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities include implementing therapy designed by a bcba and collaborating effectively with the clinical team and families to support client needs.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, requiring consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance for in-Home services. New hires must be able to pass required background/Drug screenings and either attend paid training to become rbt certified or already hold the rbt certification.
